1. Customer sort, clean and gather and segregate their recyclables
2. Customer brings their recyclable items to BBC
3. AFES staff to assist customer in weighing their items according to each category
4. AFES staff to calculate the amount of recyclables in exchange of cash and Petronas Mesra points
5. Sales receipt will be generated and given to the customer as record
